Imagine the fab optiphage client decides they want that whole technology - could be around this value maybe - that was just to get access to one platform and fab have multiple ones

I have a sense news flow is about to pick up fast, and holders will sit really tight. On the surface, not many big holdings, but any takeover could be quite a bidding war. An alternative scenario could be a big pharma placement of a strategic stake in FAB, which would be a win-win situation

They are probably far too tightly held to be an easy takeover target atm

I can't see it, too expensive and means they would take their eye off the ball, in terms of new contracts, development and expansion. This will be the thing that leads to a greater valuation and probably then a takeover offer(s)....
