I cannot see Smart Audio making anything personally,
Not getting in on the new Sonos sound bar was another monumental disaster.

How are they fixed for cash these days. There’s been some money spent since 2012. . . . On what, second rate collaborations and director remuneration... dearly me. . This is only going one way imo.

A vastly inferior product to their competitor glovane, no new chip planned to rival what is actually Glovane's now old chip, and all engineers that were working on dab now dismissed.
How is this not giving up on dab?

They're effectively giving up on dab in favour of licensing iot SW.
Such potential wasted due to such ineptitude. Such a pity.

I hear even the far East DAB HW and SW teams have been dismissed.
An historical market share of 80% isn't going to help if they have no plan to catch-up with their current and future DAB competition.

Poor direction and no clear plan.

They have 80% of the DAB market worldwide. Only 1 country has completed the switch, scores more to come in Europe alone .

Oh and there’s smart audio

£20m market cap. Could be £100m in short order

There is an opportunity which is multiple times the Norway switchover happening across europe ... surely they can make hay while the sun is coming out and while waiting for the IoT opportunities to ramp up.

'because they granted themselves squillions of options' and have had their remuneration committee stooges award them obscenely bloated salaries every year with two sets of completely unmerited massive bonuses for their utter incompetence in squandering 58 million pounds, giving Sensium away and decimating the share price by 90%!

Shareholders will continue to be robbed and shafted until the institutions replace the remuneration committee stooges (with independent & intelligent individuals representing shareholder interests) and impose severe austerity measures upon Mumbles Sethill and Johnny Appetites' ill-gotten gains.
