Publication of Circular 
 
The Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") to Shareholders 
setting out details of a proposed Tender Offer for up to 50 per cent. of the 
Company's issued Shares at a discount of 5 per cent. to realisation value and 
default scheme for the reconstruction and winding-up of the Company if the 
Tender Offer is oversubscribed. 
 
The Tender Offer is available to Shareholders (other than certain Overseas 
Shareholders) on the Register as at the close of business on 25 January 2010. 
 
The Circular also contains details of the proposed introduction of a simple 
continuation vote, adoption of a higher income and more flexible investment 
policy and new performance fee arrangements.
