                                Grant of options

Formjet plc ("the Company") announces that the Board has granted options over
1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Anthony Richard Lee, who takes up
appointment as Finance Director of the Company on 1st December 2005.
The options are exercisable on or after 24th November 2007 but before 25th
November 2015, and are exercisable at a price of 3p per ordinary share.
