Although if someone could point me to a spreadbet company which allows shorts on AIM markets, please do so. Pharma is a good guide for a share which will drop like a stone, cos his agenda is to sell a shedload very quickly.

Phil, it is not possible to short such tiny microcap stocks.

Can you tell who's the pump and dump conman? Not exactly hard is it?

Ask Dell or me for an impartial opinion because neither of us have any hidden agenda with this stock. Cannot short it. Don't want to buy it.

pharma2 - Now what are you on about? It's not difficult to change antivirus, or any other software.

I'd be very surprised if carphone are paying for FMJ's software. FMJ may even be paying for the promotion. I'd imagine FMJ only make money from the deal if people upgrade.

cant tell who is short and who isnt, so many negative comments on here.... are you all short??? if not why not try and be more positive!!!

Pre-installed, but free? Sold in Tesco and Dixons, yes, but rubbish compared with competition.

And before buying FMJ shares, consider 3 facts. 1-the company is loss-making. 2-the company has negative net cash. 3-there is a well known pump and dumper on board so 2.25m shares will be sold soon.

Don't know. But Panda antivirus isn't exactly a premium product. You'd go for Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee before buying Panda.

THE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE SOFTWARE AGREEMENT
The Board of Formjet plc, the AIM listed alternative software vendor, is pleased to announce that versions of its Ability and Panda
Software will be preinstalled on computers provided by The Carphone Warehouse as part of its broadband offering. The software will be free
for a 30 day period following which users can unlock the full version on their computer.

This is a groundbreaking contract for Formjet, opening up exciting new channels for the Company. The deal will provide significant
branding opportunities together with the potential for renewals and upgrades once the 30 day period elapses.

HIGHLIGHTS

* Formjet's Ability Office and Panda Internet Security software to be pre installed on up to 100,000 computers per month; and

* Once the 30 day period has expired there will be opportunities for Formjet to benefit from upgrades and renewal contracts.

Versions of Formjet's Ability Office and Panda Internet Security will be preinstalled on computers provided by The Carphone Warehouse as
part of its broadband offering. Initially the software will be installed in up to 100,000 computers a month, with the potential to reach 1.2
million customers a year.

Once the 30 day period expires, customers have the option to purchase the full product. There is potential for Formjet to boost its
recurring revenues while margins will be protected thanks to its royalty based model. There will also be scope for Formjet to sell its other
software titles to the enlarged customer base.

Lyndon Chapman, Executive Chairman of Formjet commented: "We are delighted to have secured such a high profile deal. The fact that The
Carphone Warehouse awarded Formjet this contract in the face of stiff competition highlights the strength of our product offering."

looking at the last update from mid January, I wouldnt expect miracles.........


The Board announced, on 22 August 2008, that it had decided not to proceed with
a potential acquisition due to adverse due diligence findings. This was a
difficult decision given that professional fees of GBP150,000 had been incurred.
Additionally, working towards the acquisition, the Company traded with the
target and also acquired GBP400,000 of software from the target with a view to
selling this on at a profit.


However, due to concerns over the legitimacy of some of the stock acquired, it
has been decided to cease marketing of this stock. The Board is exploring
opportunities but does not believe that it will be possible to realise any
significant value from the sale of this stock. Accordingly, the Board has made a
provision of GBP200,000 against the stock's full carrying value. The Board has
discussed this matter with its legal advisers but, as the target went into
administration in late 2008, it has been advised that there is little likelihood
of a recovery. As a result of the administration, the Company has also had to
write off a debtor balance with the target of approximately GBP140,000.

Trading in Q3 to 30 September 2008 was otherwise in line with the Board's
expectations. However in Q4, which is normally the Company's peak selling period
and was expected to result in a profit such that the Group would make a profit
for the year overall, sales were below expectation and the Board expects that
the Company will make a loss for the year overall.
