Director's dealing
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that, in accordance with Section
793 of the Companies Act 2006 it has received notification on 20th June 2007
from BW SIPP Trustees Limited that it is interested in 1,592,400 (8.51%)
ordinary shares of the issued share capital of the Company.
The shares are held in pension funds for Christopher Powell (non-executive
Chairman of the Company), together with his wife. Following this transaction
Christopher Powell's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,592,400
(8.51%).
The shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 5p each and the total number
of shares in issue is 18,706,961 with each ordinary share carrying the right to
vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
