Forest Support Services Plc ("the Company")
Director's Dealing - Correction
The Company announced on 22 June 2007 (RNS Number 8859Y, released at 14.55)
that, in accordance with Section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 it had received
notification on 20th June 2007 from BW SIPP Trustees Limited that it was
interested in 1,592,400 (8.51%) ordinary shares of the issued share capital of
the Company.
The shares were reported as being held in pension funds for both Christopher
Powell (non-executive Chairman of the Company), together with his wife and that
following the transaction Christopher Powell's interest in the Company remained
unchanged at 1,592,400 (8.51%).
Christopher Powell's total interest in the Company should infact have been
reported as being 2,192,400 ordinary shares (11.73%).
The shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 5p each and the total number
of ordinary shares in issue both as at 22 June 2007 and 24 August 2007 is
18,706,961 with each ordinary share carrying the right to vote. There are no
shares held in treasury.
