Holding in Company

Keycom was informed on 21 June 2011 that Foresight 5 VCT Plc and Foresight Group LLP had, in 2011, acquired the shareholdings of Acuity Growth VCT plc and Acuity VCT2 plc and disposed of that entire shareholding of 19,056,867 Ordinary 1 pence shares in the Company representing an interest of 3.12% in the total voting rights of the Company. Foresight 5 VCT Plc and Foresight Group LLP, therefore, no longer hold a notifiable interest in the ordinary equity capital of the Company.

The Board of the Company also understands that the shares were acquired by more than one shareholder, none of which holds more than 3% in the voting rights of the Company and there are therefore no further notifications which are required to be made under the PLUS Rules for Issuers.
