The share price was 4.4p on advfn yesterday . The price on leaving aim was 0.4p.

The price was 0.044p/share bid at yesterday's close.
And they can be held in an ISA so far as I am aware.

I've suddenly got a decent valued holding here, 174k shares I suppose is about 7.5k gbp although I'm not sure as HL still quote the share price at 0.4p value 700 quid. Is that right or has the share price value changed with the transfer from aim. Not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do with these shares now. Can they be isa,d or do I have to transfer them to a broker who will sell them for me in the future. Confused.

You have made a series of comments in recent weeks which are not helpful, being completely unsubstantiated.
If you want to be considered as other than a ramper then either put forward some serious reasoning or leave the BB to those who are genuinely interested.

One reason for the recent activity and price rise might be the fact that litigation funding is getting quite a bit of positive press coverage as a growing and important market.
This in turn presumably means there will be increased demand and interest for debt securitisation which Forbes Ventures is specifically involved in.

Today's significant percentage rise, together with the relatively large number of medium sized trades, suggests FV may have been tipped somewhere although not aware of anything.

Would def help the share price rise quicker...it's headed for 6p-10p one way or another but aim would be quicker for sure...until then it's Barclays online or HL over the phone unfortunately

Share platforms may not trade companies quoted on the Aquis Exchange so you probably have to go through your broker.
Perhaps the recent activity will presage a return to the AIM market which would make things easier all round.

The company's announcement a week ago implies that FV could earn £2 million in fees on the two securitisations.
Hopefully things are beginning to move forward at long last.

Mine haven't updated on ii either. I think it's because they are not on the AIM anymore. They're on the Aquis Exchange.
