("GGND") informs that, through a Shareholders Unanimous Written Resolution on September 1(st,) , 2022, was decided to accept Jaroslava Korpancova's resignation as member of the Board of Directors of GGND, having been appointed as a new member - Roxana Tataru, for the current term of office of 2022-2024.

With the amendment announced in this statement, the composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:
