("GGND") informs that, on May 16, a unanimous written resolution was approved by its shareholders to elect the new members of GGND's Audit Board, following the non-acceptance of Mr. Armindo José Faustino dos Santos Marcelino as a member and the resignation of Mr. Daniel Bessa Fernandes Coelho as Chairman.

This body is composed of the following members for the three-year period 2022-2024:
