    Update on Bond repayment

    On 22 September 2008 FKI plc issued an announcement which stated that EUR 404,349,000 in aggregate principal amount (or 67.39 per cent)
of the Bonds were validly tendered and accepted for repurchase.  FKI plc is today pleased to announce that the bondholder that holds more
than 75% of the remaining EUR 195,651,000 Bonds, due to expire in February 2010, has now agreed to vote in favour of a resolution which will
allow its Bonds to be similarly redeemed early on the same basis as the previous repurchase. Following the passing of the resolution all
outstanding Bonds will be redeemed. Notice of a bondholders meeting on December 18th has been announced today by FKI plc.
