CALGARY, December 11 , 2003 - First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. ("FCP") announces
that on December 10, 2003, Mr. Darryl Raymaker, a non-executive director of the
Company, sold 129,271 common shares at a price of $6.55 per share. Mr. Raymaker
continues to hold 33,279 common shares and 1,200,000 stock options of FCP.
