Resignation of Auditor
Fintech Asia, (LON:FINA) announces the resignation of Crowe U.K. LLP ("Crowe") as auditors to the Company. In accordance with Section 273(2) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, Crowe have confirmed that they are not aware of any circumstances connected with their resignation as auditor which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
The appointment of a new auditor will be announced in due course.
