The Board of FPS announces that with effect from 13 November 2007, Freddie Heng
has resigned as Finance Director of FPS, owing to the illness of a family
member.


FPS is pleased to announce that Kim Cheong Choong MBA, FCCA, (aged 47) has
joined FPS as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.


Kim Cheong spent more than five years with Tate & Lyle Plc, as Financial
Controller for its China operations. When Tate & Lyle sold its China interests
in 2003, Kim Cheong completed his MBA and has since undertaken a number of
projects, most recently as Financial Controller (China) for Keppel Integrated
Engineering Pte Ltd.


Ong Lay Ann, CEO, commented:


"Whilst we are naturally sorry to see Freddie Heng leave, we understand his
reasons for doing so and wish him and his family well, and thank him for his
excellent service to the Company. I am delighted that Kim Cheong will be joining
us as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 12 years of China-based finance
experience with him".
