15/5/2008 17:31 | Very desperate deramping by filtered sienamiller....to start a new thread now after being on here 24/7 for 3 wks as well as iii. By god, the person who has bought 4.50 million shares which you ranted on as sells on iii will be buying more imo soon and the price will be corrected to well above 1p in due course. Looks like no funds to invest, no job etc so doss out on ADVFN BBs all day long. PS. Even using CAPS on your new thread is the next logical thing for any basher and that will fail too imo....cash burn in Interims was 100K a month and re-iterated in Feb with cash position of 2million. 92 million shares in issue puts the value at minimum 1.50p...you should be reported for misleading comments about cash burn imo. Cash burn is likely to be even less now with the joint venture called off. At 1p the mkt capt would be 0.92m. Feb cash was 2 million and 100K a month cash burn. Don't need to be a genius to work out how undervalued the current mkt cap of 0.37m is. | chancer6
15/5/2008 15:23 | LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Financial Payment Systems Ltd. said its board has given chief executive Ong Lay Ann written notice requiring that he resign as a director, and terminated his employment with the company. The board has appointed group general counsel John Ellison as general manager reporting directly to the board, in order to oversee the termination of the company's joint venture arrangements in China's Jiangsu province, and subsequently to handle the liquidation of the joint venture vehicle Jiangsu Electronic Payment Systems Co. Ltd. Oh dear, liquidation of joint venture, spells trouble. Very expensive indeed!!! | seanmiller
15/5/2008 15:17 | this is a post from the other FPS forum "lol, take a look over at LNX - link here I have linked to the page where chancer6 is desperatley ramping the stock at 2p, well have a look at the price now. Also note the types of comments she makes about big buyers and news etc, sound familiar, it should do lol, it's all over this board. Notice LNX today is at 1p sell, despite chancer assuring everyone it was going to multibag lol. She is such a novice, and she dumped all her stock in that at a huge loss lol, hasn't been back since, until she picked up shares in FPS which tanked soon after. Eveything she invests in goes down into the red, or into suspension. LNX - ANOTHER CRACKER FROM NOVICE6 FPS - ANOTHER LNX IN THE MAKING - SEE HISTORY FOR PROOF POSITIVE" | seanmiller
15/5/2008 15:13 | From RNS "The company said that last September it reported that progress in deploying systems for inter-governmental departments had taken longer than anticipated, and since then it has struggled to engage the government departments through its joint venture partner, whose ownership has recently changed. Without a successful and timely deployment of its system in government departments, which would bring the volume of transactions necessary to achieve underlying commercial viability, it said it will not be able to sustain the company on its business-to-business (B2B) proposition alone." Oh dear!! suspension looming IMO | seanmiller

15/5/2008 15:10 | FINANCIAL PAYMENT SERVICES - ONE TO AVOID BURNING CASH AND NOTHING IN PIPELINE FROM RNS's | seanmiller
15/5/2008 15:08 | seanmiller - 15 May'08 - 15:04 - 589 of 591 (Filtered) seanmiller - 15 May'08 - 15:05 - 590 of 591 (Filtered) seanmiller - 15 May'08 - 15:07 - 591 of 591 (Filtered) Crazy and I'm going to believe the RNS's. My pops is buying some soon! | chancer6
15/5/2008 15:07 | "struggled" very key word IMO "not be able to substain the company on it's b2b proposition alone" ouch - suspension maybe? all IMHO of course ;0 | seanmiller

15/5/2008 15:04 | Forget 3 weeks, I am gonna be going mental for 3 months, or however long you post for lol. RNS old hat now, lots happened since then so not in any way reliable as a measure of position today - any decent investor would know that (ssshh, chancer6 is a novice, that's why she didn't know!!). Any old PI can see that this has no value in it and the a valuation of £0.002 is fair in current conditions, unless suspension comes first. All IMHO of course. Oh dear!!, maybe another large insitution will dump, like the last one did last week. Then the overhang will increase making a slump imminent IMO!!. | seanmiller
15/5/2008 14:59 | Unless the company has announced mileading RNS's and the likes of filtered sienamiller who's been going mad in the head for 3 wks now non-stop is right. Clearly states in both RNS's the cash position and the cash burn and how it could be 1.50p. | chancer6
15/5/2008 14:57 | Thats right, bedroom boys - curtains closed with mum bringing in the tea. PARO, LNX, MGP, PLW, FPS, FEI, AAZ Loads to get started with there, all that money down the swanny lol. Good job you don't need a GCSE, it's clear you don't have one rofl....... Share price is worth £0.002p, or suspension IMO You don't need to be a genius to clock that easy calcualtion (ssshh chancer6 thinks it's worth more lol, what a novice!!) | seanmiller
15/5/2008 14:45 | Chancer6 loss list (a snippet, there are loads!!!) LNX PARO MGP PLW FPS FEI AZU Wow!, and thats off the top of my head, she really is a loser lol. Chucked thousands away in poor novice investing, there are plenty more. | seanmiller |
