treacle filtered so again let him/her get on with it.

It's spamming other popular threads which is the problem !

fair play to you. i try to warn other of pump and dumpers too as i cant stand rip off merchants. especially when they are not even good at it! ah well im sure treacle will get bored soon enuough so its just a case of waiting for the next pump and dump

LOWRDR - I don't hold these either, 8T and I just make a point of posting whereever Treacle goes to warn others.

There is NOTHING MORE ANNOYING to anyone who is a long term holder of any share than for the likes of Treacle to come along and pretend to be knowledgeable about the company and post stuff like this

There have been a few boards where they have actually intially welcomed Treacle and engaged and when the price has actually moved up, treated Treacle as an informed commentator however even then, Treacle still manages to wear out his/her welcome with the constant streamn of drivel..........

control, its not really research is it. treacle is regurgitating paragraphs from an rns and posting phantom buys all day long. but to be honest i dont even hold these anymore so im not bothered either way, just dont like pump and dumpers as their main aim is to rip people off. fair enough if this comes good with a decent shareholder return, but i dont beleive treacle will even be here in a weeks time.

Treacle - you do your research, I'll give you that but why don't you simply post the following notice on all of the boards that you invade saying

"PLEASE EVERYONE, BUY LOTS OF SHARES IN THIS COMPANY IN THE NEXT 10/20 DAYS THUS DRIVING THE PRICE UP AND THEREBY ENABLING ME TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK BEFORE I MOVE ON TO MY NEXT VICTIM"

It would just save you so much time and might prevent the RSI that you are clearly going to suffer from with all that typing.....

Balance Sheet also alot stronger than shown in the Interims (to 30 June 2008) last September:-

Following the disposal of Freeplay Energy, Fieldbury plc now has a stronger balance sheet. The total secured debt as at 30 June 2008
reduced from US$12.7 million to US$8.0 million at 31 August 2008. In addition Fieldbury plc had cash reserves at 31 August 2008 of US$5.6
million.

Just got back, looks like WINS looking for stock for that possible buy order at 7p. Aviva or Polar have been keen buyers up to 15p asides from Blackrock and Ellipsiz Ltd. Pretty deliberate shake on the bid. Should start to get some gains sooner rather than later even on just recovery hopes without takeover as NAV is 77p.

Wrong again Treacle - SIPP fund is £100k and PUR hasn't gone down the pan yet, doesn't look good but they will survive in some form or other and like I told you, it was a 5 year investment, not 2 minutes like all of yours......

Looks like retirement pot gone after backing it all on one horse. Should have invested in a stock like FIE where one of the directors has just recently bought £25,000 worth of stock. When was the last director buy in Pur.

They have also secured their banking facility in December 2008 until the end of March 2010, so good news on the funding side of things....

The Company was notified today that on 17 February 2009 Flambard Holdings

Interims back in September 2008...mkt capt of only £0.92m.

Fieldbury H1 pretax loss almost halved; sees 'promising' H2h

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Fieldbury Plc. said its pretax loss almost
halved for the first-half to June, and added it is looking forward to "a
promising and exciting" second-half.
The company's pretax loss narrowed to $882,000 from $1.64 million a year
earlier, while revenues declined marginally to $17.62 million from $18.94
million in the year-ago period.
Fieldbury said it is well positioned to make further progress during the
remainder of the year due to a stronger balance sheet.
The company added it is positive about the prospects during 2008 and beyond
as the disposal of its Freeplay division has enabled it to focus on returning
Dixie Sales to profitability.
Fieldbury added the new contracts signed with distributors are expected to
produce new revenue of $1 million on an annualised basis commencing 2009.

Outlook
The restructuring measures implemented by the Board mean that Dixie Sales has made strong progress since the half year end and continued
to perform in line with the Board's expectations. Following a strong July and August we firmly believe that its solid business and customer
base position the Group well for significant profitability in the years ahead.

With a stronger balance sheet Fieldbury, including its Dixie Sales division is well positioned to make further progress during the
remainder of the year. The disposal of the Freeplay division has enabled the management team to focus on returning Dixie Sales to
profitability. Consequently, the Board is positive about the Company's prospects during 2008 and beyond and looks forward to a promising and
exciting 2nd half of the year.
