Look at Interims and turnover, NAV at 5p, 50m shares in issue and few in free float. Director buys 2 million + at 0.95p...screaming buy imo.

Nice 500,000 buy at 0.75p.

0.60-0.85p, L2 is 1 v 1.

Only 2 mm's with hidious spreads, one is .4p and the other .35p

And "2" of advfn worst decimal pump and dumpers trying to push
it onto others, this will end in tears for those who chase !

L2 is 1 v 1. Surprised they aren't many more buyers when the director has picked up so many at 0.95p and NAV at 5p.

Just bought 206,673 shares at 0.65p after seeing the RNS about one of the directors buying 2 million + shares at 0.95p.

well..director picked up 2.6M shares 2 days ago....patience here will be rewarded...wouldn't surprise me if this more than doubles as mayny small caps including this have been battered...this looks well undervalued imo, dyor etc:-)

The Company was notified today that on 17 February 2009 Flambard Holdings
Limited, of which Mr Rory Stear, a Director of Fieldbury plc, is a shareholder
and director, acquired 2,627,397 ordinary shares at 0.95p per share in the
company.

Following this transaction Mr Stear's holding has increased to
11,043,776 ordinary shares in Fieldbury plc, representing approximately 11.40%
per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

Sitting on this..potential multibagger....will no doubt take off at some point from this level....this was no exception as small caps took a hammering but significant upside possible here.
