24/7/2008 22:19 | asparks the business will have to be sold to pay the debt. This company cannot continue as a going concern. Its finnished. The recent fund raising will have to be investigated as they must have known about the impending bomb shell before they raised the funds. Director participation was another smoke screen. | john henry

24/7/2008 13:11 | It would be wise to right off any investment here. Imho the company will never return to the market. The whole affair was a scam. Thats the only way i can see the totally incompetance of the board. They knew what was going on and went along with it. No doubt the directors will come out smelling of roses. | john henry
24/7/2008 12:56 | This company may be able to raise some money by selling its canadian businesses, but the first £6.5m will be due to the bond holders in a liquidation. There is no chance that they will convert. In fact, the company will probably need to try to do a deal with them to survive, and this won't leave anything much for ordinary shareholders. | abadan2

21/7/2008 10:14 | I am still confident we will get something back. The canadian operations are profitable and allegedly trading at 1x ebitda based on current share price. Someone will take these private and on the cheap IMO. | the shuffle man
21/7/2008 09:28 | we have Westwood and Kincaid - they must be worth something! | asparks |
