So it turns out that one email = "some"
and it also turns out that that brief email which you say (and its a lie) came from Mark Campanale, is "remarkable"

l2 looking good 1 v 1, mm are happy to buy them at 2.85 higher then the actual bid price, so somesones picking them up, a director buy would send a strong message right now

Trouble is the money has probably gone. Even if assets were sold its the banks who would get first call. If an investigation found the directors guilty of a crime they would be punished but as usual the little shareholders would be very unlikely to get any money back.
The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
