NEW YORK, June 23  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R))
today listed the common stock of Fortune Diversified Industries Inc., under the
ticker symbol FFI.

Fortune Diversified Industries is a diversified acquisitions company whose
subsidiaries offer services in wireless telecommunications, human resources,
ink technologies, and distribution of consumer electronics.
