today began trading Citigroup Global Markets 8.5% ELKS based on the common
stock of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.
Priced at $10 with an initial offer size of 7.5 million shares, this equity
trades under the ticker symbol EKF and has a maturation date of May 1, 2006.
The notes are issued by Citigroup Global Markets. The Amex specialist unit is
