Sivan will remain on the Board of Directors and will continue to actively promote FTS' growth.
    Mr. Asher Polani, an industry expert with a reputation for redirecting companies and accelerating growth, will replace Mr. Sivan as the
company's new CEO.  Under Mr. Polani's leadership, the company will examine future options for expanding and developing its offering in new
