On 5 December 2022, the Irish incorporated companies (European Rail Finance Limited, European Rail Finance (2) Limited, European Rail Finance Holdings Limited, and Eversholt Investment Limited) of the Eversholt UK Rails Group changed their Auditor. The current Auditor Deloitte Ireland resigned, and Deloitte Northern Ireland were appointed.
