TIDMEVT 29 March 2012 Eurovestech plc (the "Company") Charitable Donations Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company announces that it has issued 1,100,000 new ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Eurovestech (the "Charity Shares") as follows; Number of Ordinary Shares Battersea Dogs and Cats Home 100,000 Chris Westwood Charity for Children with Physical 100,000 Disabilities Marie Curie Cancer Care 100,000 Metropolitan Sports and Social Club for the Visually 100,000 Impaired Missing People 100,000 St Luke's Hospice 100,000 The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation 100,000 The Royal Opera House Foundation (Apprenticeship) 100,000 Tracks Autism 100,000 The Trussell Trust 100,000 Yechi Am Yisrael 100,000 Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of the Company, has paid the GBP11,000 to facilitate their issue, representing the nominal value of these shares of 1 pence per share. Application has been made for the Charity Shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 5 April 2012. Following admission, the Company will have 332,050,000 ordinary shares in issue.
