INTENTION TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AQUIS STOCK EXCHANGE

The Company today announces its intention to withdraw the Company's ordinary shares from trading on the AQSE Growth Market. Pursuant to the AQSE Rules for Issuers the Company is required to give 20 days' notice of its intention to withdraw from trading on the AQSE Growth Market and therefore trading in the Company's ordinary shares will cease at 4:30pm on 6th November 2020.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares will continue on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:EUR) , Frankfurt Securities Exchange (FRA: PF8) and Vienne Stock Exchange (VSE: ELI) .
