LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Feb. 15, 2008) - European Minerals Corporation (TSX:EPM)(AIM:EUM)
announces that it has issued 37,500 common shares of no par value in connection with the exercise of stock
options at Cdn $1.26 per share.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that they will be admitted
on 20 February 2008.

Following this issue the total issued share capital of the Company will comprise 303,277,981 common shares of
no par value each, each share conveying the right to one vote.
