RE: Listing Rules Chapter 15.15 Notification of Purchase of EBRD
ITL 2,500,000,000,000 EBRD Zero Coupon Callable Notes due 4 February 2048.
A Euro 35,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the "Bank") is admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. Under the Programme, the Bank issued ITL 2,500,000,000,000 EBRD Zero Coupon Callable Notes due 4 February 2048, (the"Notes") which were then admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
In accordance with Chapter 15 paragraph 15 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, we hereby notify you that for value date 19.06.2019, the Bank has purchased the nominal amount of ITL 24,000,000,000. The purchased Notes will not be cancelled and the nominal amount of Notes outstanding will be ITL 2,300,000,000,000.
