    to the holders of those of the
    EUR 20,000,000 Dynamic Amount Linked Notes due April 2015 (ISIN: XS 0356122118) of the Issuer
    presently outstanding
    (the "Notes")
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Notes that, at the Meeting of such holders convened by the Notice published by
delivery to Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg for communication by them to the holders of the Notes on 17 November, 2008 and held on
18 December, 2008, Resolutions One, Two and Four set out in such Notice were duly passed and Resolution Three was not passed. Accordingly,
the modification in Resolution Three will not be implemented.
