Further to the Company's announcement of 10 June 2019, in which the proposals for the recommended scheme of reconstruction and voluntary winding-up of the Company were set out, the latest time and date for receipt of Forms of Election has now passed. The results of Elections (including deemed Elections) in respect of the Company's 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares were as follows:
