·    Major revenue stream comprised of income from investment properties, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 336.41 million, AED 181.711 million and AED 610.863 million respectively for the year ended 31 December 2023.

 

·    Profit for the year ended 31 December 2023 amounted to AED 725.987 million.

 

·    As of 31 December 2023, the Company's total equity was AED 9,413.793 million.
