The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.

HIGHLIGHTS

-- Major revenue stream comprised of rental income, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 244.76 million, AED 169.52 million and AED 36.09 million respectively for the year ended 31 December 2020.

   --    Profit for the year ended 31 December 2020 amounted to AED 180.64 million. 
   --    As at 31 December 2020, the Company's total equity was AED 7,582 million. 
   --    Financial Summary for the reported year is as follows:
