Last placing was @ 9p - and a rapid fall since then. £100k not to sniffed @. And covertible @ a premium to todays price.

Spot on Simon, my gut feel tells me that there could be more to this than meets the eye, market leading products, buoyant markets and a senior shareholder very shrewdly taking a larger and larger position,

Does 2 and 2 make 4, it generally does!

My biggest worry is the 150k Aim listing costs, that is a fortune to this company.

Simon, agreed it has the feel of a placing, that said not sure they would go general market and more likely to be via friends of the business, as per recent convertible loan deal, not sure it would be as low as 1p either,

Having spent a few hours researching them last night, I am really struggling to get my head around why they are not making head way in their key markets, the last 10 years plus have surely been the right market atmosphere for anti terrorism/safety products and LED in the last 5 years is really gathering momentum, also with product portfolio's that do appear to be market leading!

I am starting to think this is a people problem?, rather than a product or market problem?, so instead of firing money at them, they look as if they need a rocket up their backsides to get it going!

I was also interested to note the Non Exec Chair has become very chatty on twitter
#ceotales is worth a little look!

As for the crowd, I take it with a pinch of salt, it takes all sorts to make a market, that said I wish no harm on anyone and would always recommend research!,research!! research!!! GL and Cheers S

Surely you should have an exit target? Did buy more at 1.5p around 4pm so be interesting tomorrow as surely there cannot be many sellers left at this level?
