Total Voting Rights
Further to the Company's announcement on 23 June 2008 of the acquisition of a strategic stake in Conister Financial Group plc, 2,042,705
new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, with voting rights ("Subscription Shares") have been admitted to trading on
the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc.
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:
Prior to the issue and allotment of the Subscription Shares, there were 18,590,681 ordinary shares of 1p, with voting rights ("Ordinary
Shares") in issue. After the issue of the Subscription Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue has increased to 20,633,386 and
therefore this is the figure that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
