('ESS' or the 'Company')
Appointment of Joint Liquidators and resignation of Nominated Adviser
Further to the announcement dated 11 December 2008 regarding the application to
appoint liquidators, the Company announces that the Guernsey Courts appointed
joint liquidators to the Company at 11.00 a.m. today.
The Company also announces that Evolution Securities Limited has resigned as
Nominated Adviser to ESS with immediate effect. Pursuant to the AIM Rules, if a
replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month the London
Stock Exchange may cancel the admission of the Company's securities to AIM.
Accordingly the potential cancellation time and date is 7:00 am on Monday 19
January 2009.
Trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended and further announcements
will be made in due course.
