    Appointment of Director

    The Board of Equable announces the appointment of Peter McCann as an executive Director of the Company, to take effect immediately.

    Peter, a property developer based in Dublin, Ireland, has accepted the appointment to assist with appointing new professional advisors
for the Company and with the proposed acquisitions and fundraising announced on 2 July 2008.  The terms of his service are still to be
agreed.
