                                 AGM Statement





The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of eq group plc took place at 11.30 am today,
14 May 2007.



eq is the marketing services group that enables major organisations to make
intelligent marketing decisions.



At the AGM, Chief Executive, Bob Bond , said:



"Trading in the first quarter is significantly up on the same period in 2006 as
a result of high levels of activity by a number of the group's major customers,
and our pipeline for the remainder of the first half continues to be positive.



The Board is currently undertaking a strategic review of the business with a
view to realising shareholder value in the short to medium term."
