    ENTERTAINMENT RIGHTS PLC (THE "COMPANY")
    TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
    For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital which
carries voting rights as at 30 September 2008 is £36,665,128.15 and consists of 733,302,563 ordinary shares of 5p each, each of which shares
carries one voting right. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury at the date of this announcement.
    The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 733,302,563.
    This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
