Following the issue of new ordinary shares in connection with the acquisition of
Classic Media Holdings, Inc. and the associated fundraising, and in conformity
with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Entertainment Rights
plc gives notice to the market of the following:-

Entertainment Rights plc's issued share capital consists of 730,955,418 ordinary
shares of 5p each, all with voting rights. Entertainment Rights plc does not
hold any ordinary shares in Treasury at the date of this announcement.

The total number of voting rights in Entertainment Rights plc is therefore
730,955,418.

The above number (730,955,418) of shares in issue may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
Entertainment Rights plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
