Ensor Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that on 26 June 2003 it issued and
allotted 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p  each to Marcus Chadwick, the Company's
Finance Director, pursuant to the exercise of share options. The options were 
exercised at the following prices:

20,000 ordinary shares at 11p per share; and
10,000 ordinary shares at 10p per share.

Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is
expected that dealings in the new  shares will commence on Friday 4 July 2003.


Following this exercise of options, Marcus Chadwick holds 30,000 10p ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.10 per cent. of the issued
share capital.
