Enodis Announces Interim President for Lincoln Foodservice 


NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla., Feb. 2  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Enodis plc (NYSE: ENO)
announced today that Mike Hicks will serve as President of the Company's
Lincoln Foodservice Group.  Hicks replaces Stephen J. Whiteley, who passed away
in January.  Hicks will take on the role of President of the Lincoln
Foodservice Group on an interim basis until a successor can be named.  Hicks
will also continue in his role as North American Chief Financial Officer for
Enodis.

Hicks has extensive management and operational experience in foodservice and at
Lincoln, previously serving as president of Aladdin Temp-Rite and also as chief
financial officer for Lincoln.  Since 2002, Hicks has held the position of
Chief Financial Officer for the North American units of Enodis.
