Financial Reporting Relief

I announce that Wasabi Energy Limited (Administrators Appointed) (the Company) intends to rely on ASIC class order relief granted under (CO 03/0392) (Class Order) to obtain relief from its obligations to prepare and lodge the audited financial and directors reports.

In accordance with the Class Order, if required, the Company is given until 30 June 2014 to report to members and lodge its report for the half year ended December 2013, being six months after the date of the appointment of administrators..
