TIDMEBG RNS Number : 4395P Energybuild Group PLC 15 July 2010 15 July 2010 Energybuild Group plc ("Energybuild" or the "Company") Amendment to Timetable In the Scheme Document posted to Energybuild Shareholders on 25 June 2010, the expected timetable indicated that the Court Hearing, to sanction the Scheme and confirm the Reduction of Capital, would be held on 4 August 2010. The Directors of Energybuild announce that it is now expected that the Court Hearing will be held on 5 August 2010. Accordingly, the Effective Date of the Scheme is now expected to be 6 August 2010, with the cancellation of admission of Energybuild Shares to trading on AIM and the Admission of the New Western Shares expected to take place on 9 August 2010.
