Unfortunately I have owned these for ages. Results out probably June. I wonder if they will delist?? Seems little point in carrying on with a quote.

Company has bought some of its own shares but not many and director Goldsmith has also bought a few. This obviously positive indicating they feel its undervalued.

Why does Tchenguinez keep passing on this holding
Anyone got an answer ?

The Company was notified on 19 November 2008 that, following the disposal of
19,265,274 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 November 2008, Gallastico Limited
no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.

The Company was also notified on 19 November 2008 that, following the purchase
of 19,265,274 ordinary shares in the Company on 4 November 2008, Elsina Limited
is now interested in 19,265,274 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding
represents 57.85% of the Company's issued share capital.

Both Gallastico Limited and Elsina Limited are ultimately owned by Investec
Trust (Guernsey) Limited as trustees of the Tchenguiz family trust.
