                          Energy Asset Management PLC                          

     Gas Datalogger installation and Automated Meter Reading Services for:     

               Science & Technology Facilities Council ("STFC")                

Energy Asset Management PLC is pleased to announce that its wholly owned
subsidiary, Energy Assets Limited, has entered into a 5 year agreement for the
installation of Dataloggers on gas meters and the provision of Automated Meter
Reading services with "STFC".

Managing Director, Alan McKeating stated,

"We are pleased to make our services available to "STFC" (one of Europe's
largest research organisations) and we look forward to working closely with
them over the next 5 years."
