14/11/2011 18:37 | AIS has been showing Toisa Daring manoeuvring around the Tudor Rose site with Sedco in tow (actually Sedco is turned off but that seems to be what's happening). I'm a little surprised the Scheme Document is still not posted. They only have till Friday, then they would need another extension. Is it possible they're having trouble? (Anyone with an ear to the ground?) | wbodger
14/11/2011 08:04 | Steel, Shouldn't take long until its on location then. | captainnelsonforties
12/11/2011 13:21 | For anyone still interested, just posted all the ship tracker links for TR on the NPE board. Sedco 704 move commences 21:00 tonight. | steelwatch
10/11/2011 17:49 | Oh, and of course in a round about way, EO. have two wells spudding in the next few days. Tudor Rose & Erne. Erne, 50/50 PMO/AEY, is the first well of a AEY 3 well prog in the GFA (Greater Fyne Area) just up the road from the GCA ;-) | oilretire

09/11/2011 22:14 | Herewardian here too!! FFS. | scaleyman
09/11/2011 21:44 | Usually i would be looking at the ship broking sites, weather forecast sites and others. However this seems game set and match for EO. and TR won't make a material difference to the bid. Bored, bored bored even bored.com (having been in EO. since its Hereward ventures days) See you all on the PMO board. (or bored) | onlysmartieshavetheanswer
09/11/2011 09:32 | id, do you think they might have been sea-worthiness or safety exercises or something? Anyway I'm going to keep watching the AIS, something will be happening soon. I bet Athena has finished with it now. | wbodger
09/11/2011 07:22 | All rather curious, given the unmistakable v-form pattern involving three tags on the AIS, which later disappeared. Spurious signals? Dunno. North Sea chart looking quiet this morning. The Sedco 704 beacon (diamond-shaped) not showing, nor is the one on the FPSO Bleo Holm Oh well | idleduck
09/11/2011 07:19 | Press Release For immediate release: 9 November 2011 EnCore Oil plc ("EnCore" or "the Company") Issue of Equity EnCore Oil plc announces that it has today issued and allotted 2,239,999 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company as a result of the exercise of options by employees of the Company. 08/11/2011 22:33 | Hagland are now reporting the spot requirement for the sedco 704 rig move as sunday/ monday which looking on swellfinder looks better than thursday to me. | wecanonlyhope
08/11/2011 09:34 | There's lots of AHTS (tugs) available. It's quite a short move, looks to be about 40 km. I wonder if they're waiting for a tug from Aberdeen? (Which are the tags in the fan, id? I don't see any AHTS names I recognise.) | wbodger
08/11/2011 08:34 | Bodger Looking at the AIS a few mins ago, the supply boat Malaviya 7, which did a trip out to Sedco 704 yesterday/day before is still out there but moving slowly sou-east. There are three other AIS tags just astern that look for all the world like a towing fan ... possibly a couple of anchor handlers and the rig, but none are showing data readouts at this time. As far as I'm aware the Malaviya 7 is not equipped for towing One to watch | idleduck
07/11/2011 22:46 | Also the Hagland and Fearnley sites now show a booking (unfilled yet) to move Sedco 704 on 10/11/11, which is Thursday. Better late than never, and I'm afraid it's of more interest to PMO, NPE, ENQ and Endeavour shareholders now. | wbodger
07/11/2011 18:37 | the weather has held up several units similar situation last winter for Xcite's Bentley test, as I recall read the drilling report at www.panjenergy.co.uk ... Nov edition published today just sign up for a trial sub the report is prepared by Hannon Westwood, so will be reliable | idleduck
07/11/2011 18:25 | By the way, Sedco 704 is a semi sub not a jack up, the weather must have been much worse than reported to delay its transit !!! | geordy2
07/11/2011 18:21 | we will see | geordy2
07/11/2011 16:29 | Huttley I think that was always the plan. If AB and his mates have been offered a hell of a deal personally by PMO such as, the creation of a PMO North Sea unit which they will manage then they will not wish to do anything that could potentially encourage another suitor to emerge where they could not be a part of the bargain. | geordy2
07/11/2011 15:06 | The way things are going the take over is going to be done and dusted before TR results. | huttley |
