                        EMONDO.COM PLC ("the Company")

                         Resignation of Director                           
                       Appointment of new Directors

Mr G G Giuliani has resigned as a non executive director of emondo.com plc
with immediate effect.  Mr Laurent Ashenden has been appointed a non executive
director of the Company. He is a director of Ashenden Asset Management SA and
has held no other directorships during the last five years.  Mr Filippo Rizzi
has also been appointed a non executive director of the Company.  He is a
director of Edilfriuli SpA, Italo Rossi Srl, Simonetti Srl and Idrofriuli Srl.
He has not held any other directorships during the last five years.

Neither director has anything to declare in relation to paragraphs 6F2(b)-(g)
of the Listing Rules.

The appointments of the Mr Ashenden and Mr Rizzi take place with immediate
effect.
