                        Further re: Report & Accounts


emondo announces that the negotiations with an investor group referred to
earlier this year have now been terminated. Despite repeated assurances to the
contrary, the investor group were unable to provide, or obtain guarantees for,
the cash portion of the proposed transaction.

In the absence of sufficient working capital the Company's auditors are not
prepared to complete the audit of the accounts for the year ended 31st
December 2000. Consequently it has not been possible to prepare the interim
accounts for the six months ended 30th June 2001.

Another investor group has now come forward with the intention of refinancing
the Company. This new investor group has been made aware of the need for the
Company to publish its accounts before 31st December 2001 in order to maintain
its listing on the Alternative Investment Market.

The Company has closed its operations in Turin, Italy and the Italian
subsidiary, emondo.com srl is in voluntary liquidation.  The Swiss operations
in Lugano have also been closed.

Mr. Laurent Ashenden, a non-executive director, has resigned from the Board
with effect from 1st November 2001.
