The EMH Group financial statements for 15-16 are attached. The Group's mission is to provide housing and care to improve opportunities for people. The Group comprises two main operating subsidiaries. EMH Homes specialises in the provision of affordable housing and Enable specialising in the provision of care and support.

The Group also has three specialist entities including EMH Treasury PLC through which our GBP200m 2044 guaranteed secured Bonds were issued.

These are the first financial statements for the Group prepared under the new Financial Reporting Standard 102. The main changes relate to the recognition of the Group's share of the Social Housing Pension Scheme liabilities and the new treatment for grant funding. These adjustments are all non cash items and do not affect the underlying performance of the Group which remains strong and in line with expectations.
