             EMERGING UK INVESTMENTS PLC ("EUKI" or the "Company")

                        RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER

The Board of EUKI announces that Beaumont Cornish Limited has given notice in
accordance with its Nominated Advisory Agreement with the Company to the effect
that they will cease to act as Nominated Adviser under the AIM Rules to the
Company as from the close of business on 5 October 2007.
